How to Porchfest

Document Your Porchfest Experience

We encourage Porchfest particpants (hosts, musicians and audience members) to take photos, video and audio recordings. When posting to social media, use the hashtag #westphillyporchfest. We also request that you email us your photos, videos and audio recordings to add to our archive.

Participate In A Live Porchfest Remix

Astro Nautico label co-owner Bennett Kuhn and beat artist Lost Ships will crowdsource audio recordings of Porchfest provided by the show-going public (that's you!) via cellphone or other recording device. They'll then reconfigure your recordings into ambient music and hip-hop beats in live action at 4937 Catharine St. from 5-7 PM.

Send Audio
Post-Porchfest Square Dance

An impromptu old-time square dance will be taking place in Clark Park (on the Baltimore Ave. side) from 6:30-7:30 PM. Music and calling by Chicago's Spitzer & Mareva and Philly's own Christopher Dalnodar. Stop by and swing!
